CC Diesel Performance – No Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

At CC Diesel Performance, we specialize in custom diesel tuning and made-to-order merchandise. Because our products are custom, limited production, or digital in nature, all sales are final.

By placing an order with CC Diesel Performance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Custom Diesel Tunes

  • All custom tuning files, calibrations, and digital products are non-refundable.

  • Once work has begun or a tune has been created, delivered, or emailed, no refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information before tuning begins.

  • We will make reasonable revisions to correct tuning-related issues caused by our calibration but will not issue refunds.

Merchandise

  • All merchandise sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credit for apparel, hats, decals, stickers, accessories, or any other merchandise.

  • Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your shipping address before placing your order.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed or entered into production.

Customer Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Buyer remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Vehicle modifications or compatibility issues not disclosed before tuning

  • Mechanical failures unrelated to our products or services

  • Personal preference or change of mind

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact CC Diesel Performance before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using order records, communication history, digital delivery confirmations, shipment tracking, and other supporting documentation.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. Acceptance of this policy is a condition of every purchase made through CC Diesel Performance.
